Each hotel operates its own website and its own reservation system, and those are governed by their own separate policies. If you are booking a room, you are on the wrong site for that, and the policy that governs your booking is the one published by that hotel.

Information you give us

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you choose to send. We use that information to respond to you and to keep an ordinary business record of the correspondence. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not add you to a list.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through this form. It is a general business enquiry channel and it is not appropriate for financial account details, government identification numbers, health information, or anything similar.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and content delivery providers record standard request information when you load a page. That typically includes your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, the pages you visit, and the time of the request.
